Rewards Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19th October 2026. These terms cover Slice Housemates, the Slice House loyalty programme in the Slice House app. They apply alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

• Membership is free: download the app and register. You must be 13 or over. One account per person; duplicate accounts may be closed and rewards removed.

• Earn 1 point for every order of £5 or more, ordered in the app or with your app scanned at the till or kiosk before you pay.
• Points can’t be added afterwards.
• Points are earned on what you pay after discounts. You can hold up to 9 points.

• 3 points: regular soft drink, house-made dip, still water, Fruit Shoot or cannoli.
• 5 points: skin-on or spicy garlic fries, garlic bread slice, house salad, coleslaw, small mac & cheese, lemonade, Poppi, Tenzing or J2O.
• 7 points: Easy Cheesy, Veggie or Only Roni slice, or any shake.
• 9 points: any meat, square or vegan slice, gelato, sorbet, large mac & cheese or whole garlic bread.
• Choose your reward in the app before paying.
• Redeeming deducts its points.
• Subject to availability.

• New members get one free welcome slice. A minimum spend of £5 applies after the discount (e.g. a £3.49 slice needs an £8.49 order).
• Valid on eligible slices shown in the app, within 30 days of sign-up.
• One per customer.

• Points do not expire

• Points and rewards have no cash value and can’t be exchanged, transferred or sold.
• Rewards can’t be combined with other offers unless the app says so.
• Points or rewards from refunded orders may be removed.
• We may remove points or rewards, or close accounts, if we reasonably suspect misuse.
• We may change or end the programme or these terms, giving reasonable notice in the app where possible.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
